FY26 Intent to Sole Source - Diagnostic Test Equipment Units

Background
The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL is issuing a sole source award to TESTFORCE USA for the provision of diagnostic test equipment units.

This contract aims to support the 42 Operation Support Squadron in maintaining, testing, and repairing Air Force CM300/350 radio systems, which are essential for safe air traffic control and flight-line communications.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of two (2) Diagnostic Test Equipment Units with the following specifications:

Bidder Requirements
To be eligible for this award, contractors must be registered and active in the DoD Systems for Award Management database at the time of quotation submission.

The product must have existing official USAF certification for CM300/350 radio systems and required Technical Order approval to service this radio fleet. Items must be brand new; refurbished items are not authorized.

These prior efforts align with the current requirement’s focus on CM300/350 diagnostic testing capability and replacement of legacy test tools, suggesting continuity in equipment type and intended use.
