FY26 437 MXS Rollover Flexi Flatbed Decal Applicator Table

Background
The requirement is for the turnkey delivery and setup of one (1) brand name Rollover Flexi Flatbed Applicator Table at Joint Base Lindsey Graham (Building 515, Corrosion Control Facility). This acquisition supports the 437th Maintenance Squadron (437 MXS) Structural Maintenance Section in manufacturing, aligning, and applying aircraft decals, tail flashes, and mandatory identification markings to the C-17 Globemaster III strategic transport aircraft fleet.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, freight delivery, and on-site assembly/setup necessary to deliver a fully operational flatbed applicator table. The Rollover Flexi Flatbed Applicator table must meet the following minimum specifications:
- Size: 5.1ft x 11.1ft
- Model: Height Adjust
- Optional Heat Assist Roller (Factory Install):
- Rollover Heat Assisted Roller Flexi Model F3315
- Rollover Contact Cleaner: Rollover Contact Cleaner Starter Pack 12in
- Rollover Long Reach Cutter: Rollover Cleaning path width: 28–40 inches.

Deliverables include:
- One Rollover Flexi Flatbed Applicator Table, meeting all specifications.
- Operator manual and maintenance documentation.
- Warranty documentation.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete delivery and setup within 30 days of award.

Building 515 (Corrosion Control Facility / Paint Shop), 201 N Bates St., Joint Base Lindsey Graham, SC 29404.
