FY25 USS OAK HILL (LSD 51) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA).   4

Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-25-R-4400 for the execution of the FY25 USS OAK HILL (LSD 51) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA).
The goal of this contract is to ensure that upon completion, the USS OAK HILL will be capable of fulfilling its mission with a satisfactory condition of readiness until the next Chief of Naval Operations (CNO)-scheduled depot availability.
The DSRA is expected to last approximately 20 months, starting in August 2025 and concluding in February 2027.

Work Details
The contractor shall prepare for and accomplish repair and alterations onboard USS OAK HILL (LSD 51) during the FY25 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). This includes:
- Execution of repairs and alterations as specified in the statement of work and standard items.
- Adherence to work item specification package drawings, test procedures, and other detailed data as included in Attachments J-1 and J-2.
- Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- Overhaul of Main Propulsion Diesel Engines.
- Repair and alterations related to various systems including Damage Control Console upgrades, Ballast Control upgrades, and other optional enhancements.
- Provision of temporary services such as messing and berthing barge support, crew transportation, and pierside small boat storage.
- Growth reservations associated with various CLINs for future needs.

Period of Performance
Approximately 20 months from August 2025 to February 2027.
