FY25 UILS Lodging   2

Background
The International Logistics Symposium (UILS) is scheduled to take place from June 24-26, 2025, at the Duane Cassidy Conference Center on Scott AFB.

The purpose of this contract is to secure lodging for international participants attending the symposium. This request is part of market research and will not result in a contract.

Work Details
The hotel must meet the following requirements:
- Accommodate a 44-passenger bus for daily pickup and drop-off.
- Be located no more than a 15-minute drive from the Duane Cassidy Conference Center.
- Provide meeting space that can support 75 people in a private room with tables and chairs.
- Offer breakfast to all hotel guests.
- Be close to food and shopping venues within a half-mile walking distance or provide free shuttle service available to all hotel guests.
- Initially estimate 50 rooms with an option to add up to 30 additional rooms 25 days prior to check-in, with one guest per room, all being international guests.
- Check-in date is Sunday, June 22, 2025, and check-out date is Friday, June 27, 2025.
- Include a business center with computer and printer access.
- Provide free in-room Wi-Fi.
- Have a lounge area for networking.

Rooms will be paid for by the contract; individuals will not be required to provide credit cards as many do not have them or their cards are not accepted in the United States.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes check-in on June 22, 2025, and check-out on June 27, 2025.

Place of Performance
Duane Cassidy Conference Center on Scott AFB.
