FY25 Services Chudy Group LLC TCGRX Pharmacy Contract

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Chudy Group LLC for the maintenance of TCGRx equipment. This contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of medical equipment across multiple VA facilities, supporting the agency's mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a full service and maintenance agreement for TCGRx equipment at three locations:
1) James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx, NY;
2) New York Harbor Hospital Network;
3) Northport VA Medical Center, Northport, NY.

The contractor must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Provide unlimited onsite repair services including labor, travel, parts, tools, test equipment, materials, and software needed for repairs.
2. Follow OEM maintenance policies and procedures during repairs and complete functional verification and safety checks post-repair.
3. Furnish all necessary repair parts using only OEM approved components.
4. Cover all shipping costs associated with replacement parts transport.
5. Offer virtual/telephone technical support from 8AM to 11PM on weekdays.
6. Respond to emergency calls within one hour and initiate field service dispatch within four hours if issues cannot be resolved over the phone.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year starting September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026, with four additional option years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the following locations: James J. Peters VA Medical Center in Bronx, NY; New York Harbor Hospital Network; and Northport VA Medical Center in Northport, NY.
