FY25 SABER at Whiteman AFB, MO   2

Background
The contract is issued by the 509th Contracting Squadron for Whiteman Air Force Base (WAFB), Missouri. It is aimed at providing a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction services under the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements (SABER) program. The goal is to support real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction efforts at the base.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment to complete various construction tasks. The work includes but is not limited to:
- Carpentry
- Road repair
- Roofing
- Excavation
- Interior/exterior electrical work
- Steam fitting
- Plumbing
- Sheet metal work
- Painting
- Demolition
- Concrete masonry
- Welding.

The contract encompasses all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management services (including necessary engineering and technical design), and incidentals required for successful task order execution.

Period of Performance
The contractor must be fully operational within 30 calendar days after contract award and will perform work over an indefinite period as task orders are issued.

Place of Performance
All construction projects will be performed at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri.
