This is a solicitation for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Fairchild AFB, WA. This acquisition will provide indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and design-build (D-B) construction efforts at Fairchild AFB, WA. The MACC will consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories and execute a broad range of maintenance, repair, minor and/or new construction. The work may include facility upgrades, utility work, airfield pavement, roads, roofs and other assorted repair and maintenance projects. The construction work includes tasks in various trades such as carpentry, asbestos abatement/removal, demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, concrete masonry, welding, and paving. Locations of work will be at Fairchild AFB WA and other associated sites outside the base proper.

Background
This solicitation is for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Fairchild Air Force Base (AFB), WA. The goal of this acquisition is to provide indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and design-build (D-B) construction efforts at Fairchild AFB. Work Details
The work under this contract includes tasks across various trades such as carpentry, asbestos abatement/removal, demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, concrete masonry, welding, and paving. Specific tasks include:
1. **CLIN 0001AA**: Replace existing heating hot water boiler systems and domestic hot water systems in dormitories 2256, 2257, 2258, and 2259. This involves:
- Installation of new heating hot water boilers and domestic hot water heaters.
- Replacement of domestic hot water storage tanks and associated piping.
- Removal of abandoned steam piping.
- Installation of EMCS controls for new systems.
- Conducting a Hazardous Materials Survey.
