FY25 Multiple Award Construction Contract for Ramstein Air Base and Spangdahlem Air Base   2

Amendment 0006: The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to inform offerors about key details regarding the PIEE solicitation module. Notably, zip files are not supported, but there is no system limit in the amount of attachments that can be uploaded at once with a maximum size of 1.9 GB per upload. Amendment 0005: The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to notify offerors that multiple zip files will be accepted for large proposal submissions in the PIEE solicitation module. Additionally, it provides resources for PIEE registration and support, including a help desk link and contact information. Offerors with technical issues or questions should reach out to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Rebecca Berry via email at rebecca.berry.1@us.af.mil.

Amendment 0004: The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to (a). Incorporate the updated RFP Atch 9_Questions and Answers V2. This update reflects the correct extension of proposal submission date to 06 December 2024 at 1500 CET.

Amendment 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to (a). Update the proposal due date to December 6, 2024, at 1500 hrs CET (from November 25, 2024) as referenced in Amendment 0002.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to (a). Update the proposal due date to December 6, 2024, at 1500 hrs CET (from November 25, 2024), (b). Publicize the attendance record from the Pre-Proposal Conference (November 6-7, 2024), (c). Share the slide presentation from the conference, (d). Incorporates Question and Answer responses, (e). Update RFP Section L (Version 3), and (f). Correct the MACC Self-Scoring Matrix language.

Amendment 0001: This amendment clarifies that two separate pre-proposal conference sessions will be held on 06 November 2024 and 07 November 2024. Interested Offerors will only need to attend one session. This amendment 0001 also corrects the proposal submission time on the SF1442 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on 25 November 2024. The amendment also corrects the point of contact email address of the Contract Specialist to now read aubreeana.taylor@us.af.mil and the maximum score in the self-scoring matrix from 19,400 to 19,600.

Please note the pre-proposal conference scheduled on 06 November 2024 and 07 November 2024. Consistent with Section L (Atch 3), offerors shall submit any questions or concerns via email in reference to this solicitation to the referenced PCO and Contract Specialist (Ms. Rebecca Berry and Ms. Aubreeana Taylor) no later than Friday, 13 November 2024 by 1500 CET.
