Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District is issuing this solicitation for the construction of a Company Operations Facility as part of the FY25 MCA PN76583 project. This facility will support four companies and a troop aid station at South Range, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii. The project aims to meet current NFPA, IBC, NEC codes and applicable UFCS standards, ensuring compliance with the Army's standard design for company operations facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for constructing a standard design Company Operations Facility that includes:
- Site work and building construction
- Painting and structural work
- Mechanical work and fire protection work
- Testing and cleanup
- A detached administrative module and supply (readiness) module with platoon offices
- A troop aid station, loading/service areas, and covered hardstand
- Cybersecurity and antiterrorism/force protection measures
- Building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, intrusion detection system (IDS) installation, and energy monitoring control systems (EMCS) connection.

Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are included. Supporting facilities will encompass site development, utilities and connections, storm drainage, paving, parking, walkways, lighting, information systems, landscaping, and signage. Additionally, there is an option for constructing an AC POV North Parking Lot that includes installation of associated infrastructure such as concrete curbs, lighting, planters & trees.
