Background
The Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program is initiated by the Army Sustainment Command (ASC), which serves as the executive agent for field support under the Army Materiel Command (AMC). The program aims to enhance logistics support for the Army's multi-faceted supply, maintenance, and transportation efforts both within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside (OCONUS). This initiative is crucial for preparing forces for deployment, sustaining operations, and rebuilding readiness for future conflicts.

The total estimated budget for potential CONUS/OCONUS requirements is approximately $390 million.

Work Details
The EAGLE program encompasses three primary functional areas: Maintenance Services, Supply Services, and Transportation Support Services. Specific tasks include:
1. **Maintenance Services**: Field Level Logistics, Sustainment, Modification Work Orders (MWO)/Warranty, Tactical maintenance (ground, communications & electronics, arms), Test Measurement and Diagnostics Equipment (TMDE), and management of Government furnished equipment and property.
2. **Supply Services**: Supply Support Activity, Retail and Wholesale Property Accountability, Shelf-Life Management, Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) Operations, Retrograde Operations, Central Issue Facility operations, Readiness Reporting, and Ammunition Operations.
3. **Transportation Support Services**: Includes Transportation management, Central Travel Office functions, Central Receiving and Shipping operations, Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV) Support, Motor Pool Operations, Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Shipments management, Railhead Operations support, Household Goods operations management, Installation Transportation Office functions, and Movement Planning/Arrival/Departure Control Group activities.

Additionally, any requirements arising within the one-year period from October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026 that fall under the EAGLE scope will be treated as special projects and may be competed as task orders under EAGLE.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations including but not limited to Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey; Fort Irwin in California; Joint Personal Property Shipping Offices across multiple states; Fort Hamilton in New York; Fort Carson in Colorado; Fort Benning in Georgia; Fort Stewart in Georgia; and Fort Riley in Kansas.
