The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the offer due date, answer questions and add/update the clauses and provisions listed in the Amendment. Reference Amendment 0001 for further information.

Background
The Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking to procure custom surgical packs for their healthcare system.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the VAMC has access to high-quality surgical packs that meet specific standards and requirements, thereby supporting their mission to provide excellent care to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing custom surgical packs that adhere to the following specifications:
- All orders shall be placed through Delivery Orders, with payments rendered monthly in arrears.
- Emergency orders must allow for 24-hour/overnight delivery if necessary.
- Custom pack changes are expected within 45-60 days after facility sign-off.
- All custom sterile procedure packs delivered must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months remaining upon delivery, although packs with a minimum shelf life of 6 months will also be accepted due to supply chain issues.
- Compliance with ISO 13485 Certification and MDSAP Certification is required, along with adherence to IAHCSMM and AAMI/ANSI standards.
- Attire for personnel must meet ISO 14644-1:2015 Class 8 requirements.
- All components of the packs are classified as Brand Name or Equal, with compatibility notes provided in the Salient Characteristics.
- The contractor must identify companies that provide components compliant with BAA/TAA regulations.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System located in Orlando, Florida.
