Description

This is the official solicitation for the FY25 Concrete and Paving Recompete at JB MDL NJ. Please read through the solicitation in its entirety and view all attachments, as well as any possible future amendments.

In accordance with the Statement of Work, the work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, supervision, and permits required for concrete and paving. This contract is for the repair of existing concrete and installation of new horizontal and vertical concrete work, asphalt paving, excavation, asphalt removal, leveling, grading, compaction, aggregate, applying tack coats, pavement striping, any associated utility work required by the contract area, utility mark outs, and secondary electric mark outs for JB MDL, as specified by individual task orders, in accordance with the technical specific. The delivery date for the individual task orders will vary dependent upon the work required, hence, a specific delivery date cannot be provided for this section. All work performed under this contract shall conform to the best practices of the trade or class or work involved and shall be executed in a careful and orderly manner by workman skilled in their respective trades. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications or to current industry standards when not specified.

Background
This solicitation is for the FY25 Concrete and Paving Recompete at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey. The contract aims to support the mission of JB MDL by providing necessary concrete and paving services, ensuring that all work aligns with the best practices and specifications required by the government.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a comprehensive range of construction tasks including: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, supervision, and permits required for concrete and paving work. Specific tasks include:
- Repair of existing concrete;

- Asphalt paving;
- Excavation;

The period of performance for this contract will vary based on individual task orders issued under this indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) framework.

Place of Performance
All construction projects will be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.
