Background
The 92d Contracting Squadron is issuing this solicitation for Avaya Phone System Maintenance Services as part of the FY25 Avaya Maintenance program. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational integrity and reliability of the Avaya Definity G3si Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA, and associated locations. This maintenance is essential for supporting the mission of the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide scheduled maintenance and repair services for an installed Avaya Definity G3si PBX and components at two locations: 11604 W. Newkirk Road, Spokane WA, and 800 W. Survival Loop, Fairchild AFB, WA.

The scope includes labor and materials for hardware and software necessary for maintaining the fixed Avaya PBX systems. Contractor personnel must be fully qualified to service, maintain, and install equipment according to established standards. Specific tasks include:

- Diagnosing repairs
- Repairing and replacing failed equipment
- Performing software maintenance updates
- Coordinating with related service providers
- Conducting preventative maintenance
- Performing remote monitoring and diagnosis within system capabilities
- Executing other actions required to restore service following failures.

All preventive maintenance must be documented with copies provided to the government representative. The contractor is responsible for all repair costs including parts and labor; a report of any defective parts or required repairs must be submitted during scheduled maintenance services. Repairs are to be conducted on a time-and-materials basis with prior customer approval required for any work performed.
