Background
The contract is issued by the 355th Equipment Maintenance Squadron (355 EMS) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), Arizona. The mission of the squadron includes maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure operational readiness. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for a Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) paint booth, ensuring it operates efficiently and safely for corrosion prevention and control processes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary tools, equipment, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management required to perform the following tasks: quarterly inspections, preventative maintenance, as-needed repairs, training, and emergency services for one (1) GFS Model # CDW-6820PSB-61-S paint booth (serial number 79953A). Services include:

1. Quarterly inspections and preventive maintenance according to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP).

2. Multi-point inspections focusing on mechanical systems (belts, pulleys, bearings, fan blades), spray booth components, ventilation systems, and Make-up Air Unit including evaporative heating and cooling systems.

3. Annual airflow testing and adjustments as needed.

4. Scheduled replacement of all 3-stage filters and inlet air filters.

5. Inspection of Magnahelic gauges for serviceability.

6. Function checks of spray/tool air ASV and spray booth lighting corrections.

7. Troubleshooting operational issues with the paint booth.

8. Unscheduled maintenance site visits for inspections and repairs as needed.
