FY25-29 MK-59 Floating Decoy System Production / Technical Engineering Support   2

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a contract for FY25-29 MK-59 Decoy Launching Systems and End Caps, engineering support, and applicable travel and other direct costs, and Provisioned Item Orders (PIO) for production and maintenance spares on a sole source basis to IrvinGQ Limited, Bettws Road Bridgend CF32 8PL, United Kingdom.

The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) (ii).

Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact IrvinGQ Limited directly. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
