FY’25 1HSS – Reveal Brand Package

Background
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of the FY’25 1HSS – Reveal Brand Package as requested by the Marine Corps Recruiting Command. The goal of this contract is to produce 625,000 complete packages that include a Carrier with Pocket, Reply Cards, and a 12 Page Self Cover Brochure.

Work Details
The contractor is required to print and assemble the following items:

1. **Carrier with Pocket**:
- Quantity: 625,000 (No overs/No unders)
- Size: Flat 13.5” x 8.75”, Folded Size 6.75” x 5”
- Color: 6/6 with Bleed (4/C Process Color + Pantone 187C + Pantone 296C +100% Aqueous Matte Varnish)
- Stock: 80# White Matte Coated Cover
- Die-Cuts: 1 Square Die-Cut of size 2” x 2”.

2. **Reply Cards**:
- Quantity: 1,250,000 (No overs/No unders)
- Size: 4” x 5.5”.
- Color: 6/1 with Bleed (4/C Process Color + Pantone 187C + Pantone 296C +100% Matte Aqueous over black line type).
- Stock: 80# White Matte Coated Cover.

3. **12 Page Self Cover Brochure**:
- Quantity: 625,000 (No overs/No unders)
- Size: Flat – 9” x 4.5”, Folded to 4.5” x 4.5”.
- Color: 6/7 with Bleed (4/C Process Color + Pantone 187C + Pantone 296C + PMS 134 and Gloss Aqueous Varnish).
- Stock: 80# White Gloss Text.

**Assembly Requirements**:
- The PASS REPLY CARD should be inserted facing the front of the pocket followed by the BASE REPLY CARD and then the BROCHURE placed on top of the reply cards.
- Sealing requires affixing two clear wafer seals not perforated at the top and open end of the package.
- Proofs must be submitted for approval including PDF proofs, high-resolution proofs, digital content proofs, ink drawdowns for each Pantone color used, and stock samples.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by September 9, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place at the contractor's facility for printing and assembly, with final delivery to various locations including Hartsdale, NY; Lawrenceville, GA; Quantico, VA; and Newington, CT.
