Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Services Center is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the FY24 Zerto Software Maintenance Renewal.

The goal of this contract is to procure brand name Zerto software maintenance services to support NASA's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items as part of the Zerto software maintenance renewal:
1. ECE-SUB Zerto Enterprise Cloud Edition Subscription License including Premium Maintenance & 50 Support.
2. ECE-SUB Zerto Enterprise Cloud Edition Subscription License including Premium Maintenance & 350 Support.

Delivery will be electronic, and all quotes must include the CAGE/UEI code, FOB destination, lead time for delivery, and a point of contact name and email.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for this contract will be at Ames Research Center (ARC).
