Description

This is the official solicitation for the FY24 Maintenance and Repair (M&R) recompete at JB MDL NJ. Please read through the solicitation in its entirety and view all attachments. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: asbestos abatement/removal, lead and lead based paint abatement/removal, masonry, electrical, painting, and carpet laying.

Background
This is the official solicitation for the FY24 Maintenance and Repair (M&R) recompete at JB MDL NJ. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: asbestos abatement/removal, lead and lead based paint abatement/removal, masonry, electrical, painting, and carpet laying.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials, and perform all work necessary for maintenance and repair projects at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). This project shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts thereof. The work includes a range of maintenance, repair, and construction projects affecting real property at JBMDL.

The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, supplies and materials and perform all work necessary to perform maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities and structures at JB MDL, NJ.
