FY24 Lake Marion Orangeburg Berkeley (Phase 2) Reach Water Main   4

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District intends to issue a solicitation for installation of 40,703 LF of 20 diameter water supply main and 2,398 LF of 26-inch diameter horizontal directionally drilled pipe, booster pump station, and all associated work. which includes Brand Name requirements for the following items:

Equipment Description Manufacturer

SCADA System Dorsett Controls

Booster Pump Station EFI-Solutions

These branded items are necessary for ensuring seamless integration into Santee Cooper's existing utility system. This is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit any information that may assist in the acquisition strategy process. The Government will consider responses received by Monday, May 13, 2024 at 12:00 ET. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Evelyn.I.Halliburton-Shannon@usace.army.mil or Addison.G.Layfield@usace.army.mil.

Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly demonstrates the vendor/products are available and can provide the required end use. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, is more advantageous to the Government, and is received by the deadline, the Government shall proceed with the intended Brand Name requirements in the forthcoming solicitation.
