Background
The Service Contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to perform full service maintenance and annual preventive maintenance on five Cummins Onan generators at 11604 W Newkirk Rd, Spokane, WA in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. The solicitation is issued by the 92d Contracting Squadron for the FY24 JPRA Generator Maintenance (MX) under RFQ FA462024QA104. The acquisition is 100% SB Set-Aside and will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $12.5M and PSC J061. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide annual preventative maintenance and functional testing for five generators as well as full resistive load bank tests in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Appendix A. The contract CLIN structure includes pricing for the base year and four option years, with specific delivery details to be coordinated with JPRA after award. The period of performance spans from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2029.
