Background
The solicitation is for the FY24 D35 Intelligent Key Management System. The U.S. Marshals Service is the agency issuing the contract. The Contractor must ensure that all employees and Subcontractors involved in the creation, use, dissemination, and/or destruction of PII take the DOJ Records and Information Training for New Employees (RIM) training course or another training approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
