Description

The contractor shall service a minimum of 33 Government-owned chemical toilets a week for the Base, and 35 government-owned chemical toilets a week for AMARG. Services shall be completed on the same day(s) of the week, preferably Wednesday of each week, at the site of each toilet between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The proposal must respond to FAR Clauses 52.212-3, 52.204-24 and 52.222-52 and the Ordering Period Worksheet must be complete and returned with proposal.

Background
The solicitation is for the provision of chemical toilet services for the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) and the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (309 AMARG) in Arizona. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract under a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The contractor is required to service a minimum of 33 Government-owned chemical toilets a week for the Base, and 35 government-owned chemical toilets a week for AMARG. Services shall be completed on the same day(s) of the week, preferably Wednesday of each week, at the site of each toilet between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The services include scheduled monthly services, relocation services, emergency/unscheduled services, and 2-stall mobile restroom services. The contractor must also provide licensing/certification to service Chemical Toilets in the state of Arizona.

Period of Performance
The contract will span from 1 December 2023 to 30 November 2028, with 5 yearly ordering periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group in Arizona.
