FY24 AEM Maintenance Plus Option Year

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking to provide continued specialized technical support and consultation services for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-FORMS.

This requirement aims to address frequent high severity issues with the AEM software and servers, while optimizing their configuration to ensure a stabilized and functional environment. The contract will support an enterprise on-premises hosted JEE AEM platform, specifically targeting ongoing technical support for AEM 6.5 and the conversion of forms to Adaptive.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide ongoing technical support for AEM-Forms, including server architecture, configuration, upgrade pathing, design, and debugging of Adobe Workbench.
- Assist with advanced AEM-Forms specific JavaScript programming and best practices.
- Support integration of Adaptive forms with JEE based AEM Workbench Workflows.
- Review AEM Service Packs prior to installation recommendations and assist in planning installations.
- Provide version upgrade planning, infrastructure assistance, initial setup and configuration, regular status reports, and quarterly infrastructure reviews with recommendations for system health improvements.
- Offer assistance with AEM Form services, Document services, JEE Workflow recommendations, configurations, application support, and guidance on forms utilization.
- Ensure ticket response times are met: critical production down issues within 1 hour; non-critical production impact tickets within 5 hours; critical development impact tickets within 5 hours; non-critical development impact tickets within 24 hours; low urgency issues within 48 hours.

Period of Performance
The base Period of Performance is from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025, with an option period extending from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
