SYNOPSIS: NAU is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) to perform minor military construction and other Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects in the country of Turkey. NAU is anticipating a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to a prime construction contractor.

PROJECT SCOPE: The Turkey JOC to provide minor military construction and other Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects which include real property repair, maintenance, environmental work, asbestos abatement, force protection work and construction services. The JOC Task Orders may include incidental new minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, force protection and environmental remediation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to accomplish tasks.

1. The Period of Performance is One 12-Month Base Year and Four 12-Month Option Years.
2. The total capacity is $30,000,000.00
3. Location: Projects under this IDIQ will be in the country of Turkey
