Contractor will provide a timely response to the maintenance, repair, or rehabilitation needs at Government installation and facilities within theCapital Region footprint. Typical efforts include, but are not limited to these areas: maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, energy conservation,environmental, logistical, and operation. The contractor w ill be required to perform all f acets of the w ork such as surveying the problem,recommending a solution, and correction of the problem in a timely manner. The contractor shall maintain the capability to provide a quickresponse for this work. Task orders issues under this contract shall be issued for work assigned to USACE - Fort Worth District, CapitalRegion, Texas.

Background

The period of performance is one base year with two option years.

The period of performance is one base year from February 1st, 2023 to January 31st, 2024 with two option years from February 1st, 2024 to January 31st, 2025 and from February 1st, 2025 to January 31st, 2026.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed within the Capital Region footprint including Belton Lake Office in Belton TX.
