Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District has issued a solicitation for the FY23 OMA Replace 16-inch Transite Water Line at Bougainville, Aliamanu Military Reservation in Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation requires proposals to be submitted in the PIEE Solicitation Module, and all offerors must be registered as a vendor in PIEE. The contract will be a Construction, Alteration, or Repair type.

Work Details
The work to be completed under the contract includes the construction of a water system (in place complete) and an option to demolish, remove, and dispose of the transite/asbestos water system. The contractor will be responsible for various tasks such as traffic controls, best management practices/erosion control measures, asbestos/transite work safety measures, community involvement, trenching, excavation, pipe installation and removal, valve installation and removal, disinfection, testing, connections to existing water mains, site and pavement restoration, cleanup, and other incidental items necessary to complete the work.

The construction projects will be performed at Bougainville and Aliamanu Military Reservation in Oahu, Hawaii.
