FY23 MRAR Building 5921 Vehicle Maintenance Shop - Transient at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ   2

**USACE NORTHEAST REGION MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY**

This is a Request for Proposal for the Design and Construction of the Vehicle Maintenance Shop - Transient (Bldg. 5921) Repair & Renovation, located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.

This action is a 100% set-aside for IDIQ contract holders under the USACE, Louisville District's Northeast Region Small Business MATOC pool (IDIQ Contract Numbers W912QR21D0056 thru W912QR21D0060, W912QR21D0085 and W912QR21D0086). The project is restricted to these seven (7) contract holders only. Proposals submitted from other vendors will not be considered.

This notice is provided for informational purposes only. Therefore, FAR 5.203 does not apply.

Amendment 0001 is hereby issued and incorporates the following changes:

a. This Amendment shall be acknowledged with submitted Request for Proposal.

b. The following Specifications have been replaced in their entirety:

Amendment 0003 is hereby issued and incorporates the following changes:

a. This Amendment shall be acknowledged with submitted Request for Proposal.

b. The proposal due date and time is extended from 6:00 PM EST on 11 April 2023 to 6:00 PM EST on 18 April 2023.

c. The due date to request DoD SAFE links to facilitate submission of proposals is extended from by 6:00 PM EST on 7 April 2023 to 6:00 PM EST on 13 April 2023.

d. This solicitation is closed to further bidder inquiries. New inquiries will not be accepted.
