Work Details
The offeror is required to complete the annual representations and certification electronically via the SAM website.
The offeror must also complete certain representations when the resulting contract is for supplies to be delivered or services to be performed in the United States or its outlying areas.
Additionally, the offeror must provide certifications regarding payments to influence federal transactions, Buy American requirements, Free Trade Agreements, Israeli Trade Act Certificate, and other related certifications.
The offeror must also certify regarding responsibility matters, knowledge of child labor for listed end products, place of manufacture, and ownership or control of the offeror.
