Background
The Bay Pines VA Health Care System (BPVAHCS) is seeking Warehouse Support Services for procured healthcare supplies and equipment. The contract aims to ensure the accomplishment of the contract objectives and requires compliance with general direction and communication with the authorized personnel for contract administration. The contractor, subcontractors, and their personnel are required to adhere to Federal laws, regulations, standards, and VA Directives and Handbooks regarding information and information system security. The contractor is also subject to security incident investigation requirements and must report any known or suspected security/privacy incidents. Additionally, the contract may require access to sensitive personal information, for which the contractor would be liable for liquidated damages in the event of a data breach or privacy incident.

Work Details
The work involves providing Warehouse Support Services for procured healthcare supplies and equipment at the Bay Pines VA Health Care System. The contractor is required to comply with general direction, communicate with authorized personnel for contract administration, and ensure the accomplishment of contract objectives. Additionally, the contractor, subcontractors, and their personnel are subject to Federal laws, regulations, standards, and VA Directives and Handbooks regarding information and information system security. They must also cooperate with VA in any civil litigation to recover VA information or obtain compensation for damages arising from any incident.
