Description

The contractor shall have the ability to recruit, retain, and replace operational SMEs with a wide range of LE/IC backgrounds to fulfill Task Order (TO) requests of varying scope and complexity from the FBI branches described herein. The SMEs will perform a wide range of daily support services to the operational programs such as, but not limited to, providing consultation, data collection and analysis, intelligence interviewing, training, and assisting with project implementation and management, and policy and program development.

Background
The United States Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Support Services through a recompete solicitation. The contractor is required to recruit, retain, and replace operational SMEs with a wide range of LE/IC backgrounds to fulfill Task Order (TO) requests of varying scope and complexity from the FBI branches described in the solicitation. The SMEs will perform a wide range of daily support services to the operational programs such as consultation, data collection and analysis, intelligence interviewing, training, assisting with project implementation and management, and policy and program development.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the detailed description of all services required under this RFP. It includes specific requirements for different areas such as CD, CID, CJIS, DI, DO, and LD. Each section provides background information, objectives, scope/tasks, place of performance, labor categories and hours, security requirements, deliverables, travel details, special requirements, qualifications, and performance metrics.

Period of Performance
Task orders may be issued from award through 30 June 2027. The period of performance for the contract extends over several years until June 2027.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at FBI and DOJ facilities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area including FBI facilities in the FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia; Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio; South Carolina Field Office; and Los Angeles Field Office. Work may also be performed on a case-by-case basis at other government facilities.
