Background
The contract involves the construction of a non-standard Battalion Operations Facility for a newly formed 75th Ranger Battalion at Fort Benning, GA. The primary facilities include administrative areas, operations area with a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), a Ranger Operations Center (ROC), and Company Operations Facilities/Readiness Bays. It also includes construction of mechanical and electrical systems, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS). Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage.

Work Details
The construction tasks include furnishing and installing all materials, plant, tools, labor costs, and other associated incidentals necessary to complete the construction of the SOF Battalion Headquarters as specified in the solicitation documents. This includes applicable power and pathway infrastructure for equipment such as audio-visual equipment, access control, and security systems. Additionally, it involves site development, hardstand, utilities as specified in the solicitation documents. The contract also includes providing a fully engineered clear span bridge of welded steel construction and fully engineered concrete foundation system as well as Electric Vehicle Charging Stations encompassing conductors and electric vehicle connectors.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is 740 calendar days.

The construction projects will be performed at Fort Benning, GA.
