Background
This solicitation is for Two-Phase Design-Bid-Build (DBB) and Design-Build (DB) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Contracts providing new facilities and real property repair and maintenance in support of defense operations within Germany (DE), Belgium (BE), and the Netherlands (NL). Work Details
The solicitation requires past experience information sheets to be submitted, including details on the location work was performed, the date work was completed, the final cost of the project, the customer/end user of the project, and detailed information of construction work for projects in various categories such as new construction, renovations of buildings, vertical construction, horizontal construction, and design/build construction projects. Additionally, it requires information on the offeror, prime contractor, subcontractor, joint venture, and key subcontractor. The offeror must mark one of these selections: Work was completed as the Prime Subcontractor Joint Venture Key Subcontractor.
