This is a Solicitation for a Indefinite Delivery Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide real property repair and maintenance, environmental work, force protection work, and small construction in support of U.S. Government Facilities throughout BULGARIA and ROMANIA. The Government contemplates this solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Single Award Task Order Contract/IDIQ JOC Award using a Best Value Trade-Off Acquisition Method.

Non-Price proposals are requested only at this time for this RFP. DO NOT SUBMIT PRICE PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME. Please see the attached Solicitation Document and ALL attachments for full instructions and submission requirements.
