Background
The solicitation is for the Sailor 2025 FY20 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Content Conversion Delivery Order (DO). The contract involves the development and delivery of rating content conversion courseware, train-the-trainer, course pilots, updates, and associated deliverables. The SOW identifies the specific products to be developed and delivered under this DO.

Work Details
The contract includes multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for various products such as Post Award Conference/Orientation (PAC), Basic Engineering Common Core (BECC), Gas Turbine System Technician (Mechanical) GSM, Religious Program Specialist (RP), Boatswain's Mate (BM), Machinery Repairman (MR), Gas Turbine System Technician (Electrical) GSE, Machinist's Mate (MM(SUR)), Electrician's Mate (EM), Aviation Structural Mechanic-Safety Equipment (AME), Engineman (EN), Damage Controlman (DC), Hull Maintenance Technician (HT), Engineering Professional Apprenticeship Career Track (EPACT), Quartermaster (QM), Aviation Electrician's Mate (AE). Each CLIN specifies the quantity, unit, unit price, and amount for the products to be delivered.
Additionally, the SOW outlines the necessary management, hardware, software, tools, personnel, materials, facilities, and travel required to perform the tasks associated with the delivery of these items.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for each CLIN is specified in the SOW. For example, delivery of certain CLINs shall be 4 months after delivery of other related CLINs. Additionally, some CLINs have a delivery period of 24 months after specific options are exercised.

The place of performance is FOB: Destination 6910.
