FY20-FY24 SEWIP AN/SLQ-32(V)6 FULL RATE PRODUCTION   3

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a solicitation for full and open competition for procurement of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) AN/SLQ-32 (V)6 Full Rate Production (FRP) units. The anticipated solicitation will likely include firm-fixed-price contract line items for FY20-FY24 AN/SLQ-32(V)6, AN/SLQ-32A(V)6, and AN/SLQ-32C(V)6 SEWIP units. The AN/SLQ-32(V)6 will greatly improve the receiver/antenna group necessary to keep capabilities current with the pace of the threat, and further improve systems integration.

Additional information regarding access to a bidder's library is anticipated to be posted soon.

Update #1 (18 Apr 2019)
NSERC ACCESS: Distribution Statement D technical documents and other Government Furnished Information for the solicitation phase will be provided in a library (referred to as the "Bidder's Library"), located on the Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC) website, with restricted access.

Offerors will be required to have an NSERC account to gain access and view thedocumentation in the Bidder's Library. Attachment 1 of this pre-solicitation notice provides Offerors with the necessary steps to obtain both an NSERC account and approval to access to the Bidder's Library.
