FY19 Aircraft Carrier Engineering Support

The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for Aircraft Carrier Engineering Support (ACES) to provide engineering, technical, design agent, integrated logistics, modernization, equipment obsolescence, problem resolution, ship change document development, database management, and hull planning yard support necessary to sustain operational GERALD R. FORD (CVN-78) Class, and propulsion plant related efforts for NIMITZ (CVN-68) Class nuclear-powered aircraft carriers.

This requirement will be solicited to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated - Newport News Shipbuilding, 4101 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607. The requirement will be procured, without full and open competition, from the only qualified source capable of performing Aircraft Carrier Engineering Support for GERALD R. FORD (CVN-78) Class, and propulsion plant related efforts for NIMITZ (CVN-68) Class aircraft carriers.
