FY19-23 USN and FMS MK82/MK200 Director/Director Control Production   2

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to conduct a full and open competition and release a Request for Proposal in March 2019 for the build-to-print production of the MK 82 MOD 0 Guided Missile Directors and MK 200 MOD 0 Guided Missile Director Controllers. Provisioned items ordering is also part of this effort.
Award of a single firm fixed price IDIQ contract is contemplated with source selection based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
All interseted parties shall notify the Contracting Officer, Ms. Tia Belton, and Contract Specialist, Mr. Alex Gosnell, in writing on company letterhead of its desire to participate in the competition once the RFP is posted and submit security information pursuant to the following:
-Facility clearance at least to the secret level in order to receive the documents and perform the production necessary for this procurement.
-The security notification that includes the following information: CAGE code, the classified mailing address and security point of contact, including the security point of contact's name, phone, e-mail, and fax.
Offerors will be provided with further instructions upon submission of the interest and security notifications in the RFP posting.
This pre-solicitation is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis. If a solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced via the Federal Business Operations (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and interested parties must comply with that announcement. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. This is not a RFP or a promise to issue a RFP and this information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
