Offerors are hereby notified that the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the FY19-23 build-to-print production of the MK 82 MOD 0 Guided Missile Directors and MK 200 MOD 0 Guided Missile Director Controls including provisioned items ordering in support of US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements N00024-19-R-5111 has been posted. Information related to this requirement was previously posted under special notice: USN and FMS AEGIS MK 82/MK 200 Director/Director Control Production, Engineering Services, and Product Improvement with the solicitation number N00024-18-R-5111 and presolicitation notice: FY19-23 USN and FMS AEGIS MK 82/200 Director/Director Control Production with the solicitation number N00024-19-R-5111. IMPORTANT: In order to be considered for contract award, all offerors must be a United States (US) company or an independent US subsidiary. However, subject to the applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of the solicitation, foreign contractors may act as subcontractors to U.S. prime contractors. The export of defense articles, defense services, and related technical data is subject to the Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and requires the issuance of an export license by the U.S. Department of State.
