FY18 - HDS Target Vehicles

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This RFQ is a small business set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 441120, Used Car Dealers. Small business size standard is $25 million.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (sam.gov) and a certified SDVOSB to be eligible for award per the requirements under the provision of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial and 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
