USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-C anticipates issuing RFP, HTC711-16-R-C001, on or about 11 April 2016 for full plane passenger and cargo airlift services in support of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) program. Period of performance (Multiple award contract)will be one base year, 1 Oct 2016 through 30 Sep 2017 and one option year, 1 Oct 2017 through 30 Sep 2018. Offerors must be certifified under Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulation (14 CFR 121) and willing to commit aircraft to CRAF. Awards will be based upon offeror's aircraft commitment to CRAF and past performance. NAICS codes 481211 and 481212 apply.
