FY17-21 STANDARD Missile (SM) Engineering and Technical Services (ETS) Follow-On Presolicitation Notice

Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $113,185,103 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00024-17-C-5410) for fiscal year 2017 through fiscal year 2021 U.S. Navy, Other Government Agencies, and Foreign Military Sales STANDARD Missile (SM) engineering and technical services.
This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $466,054,483. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (95%); Camden, Ark. (2%); St. Petersburg, FL (2%); and Huntsville, Ala. (1%), and is expected to be completed by April 2022.

None of the funds used at contract award will be expiring at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The synopsis was posted to FedBizOpps.The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington D.C., is the contracting activity.
Further Explanation of Contract:
This contract will provide engineering and technical services for STANDARD Missile 2, 3, and 6 for the U.S. Navy, Other Government Agencies (OGA), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. These services include research and development efforts; design, systems, and production engineering; technical services; evaluation services; component improvement services; and production proofing services for missile producibility, missile production, and shipboard integration for Fiscal Years 2017-2021 with initial funding of FY17 requirements at contract award. Funding in the amount of $2,625,379 is being obligated, FY 17 RDT&E (23.82%), and FY 17 WPN (76.18%). Note that funding value does not equate to contract value due to incremental funding.
