FY 26 RTI Catering

Background
The Illinois Army National Guard is issuing a solicitation for catering services to provide prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for the 129th Regiment (Regional Training Institute) during scheduled training events in Fiscal Year 2026.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all personnel involved in training receive nutritious meals at designated locations, specifically at the IMA DFAC at Camp Lincoln and Lincoln Land Community College. The contract aims to support the mission of providing quality food service to military personnel during their training.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all personnel supervision, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide prepared meals for the following:
- TRADOC Breakfast Meals: 7,812 Each
- TRADOC Lunch Meals: 8,200 Each
- TRADOC Dinner Meals: 7,830 Each
- State Breakfast Meals: 1,442 Each
- State Lunch Meals: 3,270 Each
- State Dinner Meals: 1,502 Each

Total Meals: 30,056. All meals must adhere to the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Appendix 1. The meals will be delivered on-site at specified temperatures and include all necessary serving items such as plates, cups, flatware, and condiments.

The contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety standards and providing high-quality ingredients.

2 January - 25 September 2026

Place of Performance
Meals will be delivered to two locations: IMA DFAC at Camp Lincoln (1301 N. MacArthur Blvd., Springfield IL) and Lincoln Land Community College (5250 Shepherd Rd., Springfield IL).
