Fy 26 Design-Build (Db) Design-Bid-Build (Dbb) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (Idiq) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (Matoc) in Support of Defense Operations in Bulgaria, Albania, and Kosovo   2

Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU) is issuing a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) aimed at supporting defense operations in Bulgaria, Albania, and Kosovo.

The goal of this contract is to provide design-build and design-bid-build construction services, including the construction of new facilities and the repair and maintenance of existing real property. The agency intends to award a target of five contracts but reserves the right to select more or fewer based on the evaluation of proposals.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of construction tasks under this MATOC, which includes:
1. Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction projects.
2. New facility construction and real property repair and maintenance.
3. Compliance with all relevant specifications, drawings, and statements of work as outlined in the solicitation documents.
4. Preparation of shop drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation for each task order.
5. Development and submission of a Quality Control Plan with each task order.
6. Submission of a Safety Plan detailing procedures for preventing accidents and ensuring safety during project execution.
7. Coordination with host governments regarding permits and access requirements for military installations.
