Background
The 5th Force Support Squadron at Minot Air Force Base (AFB), North Dakota, is seeking to procure Sports Officials Services for the Fitness Center Intramural Sports Games. This contract aims to ensure that qualified officials are available for various sports events, supporting the mission of the Department of the Air Force in promoting physical fitness and recreational activities among personnel.

The contract includes an initial term with an optional four-year extension, indicating a long-term commitment to providing these essential services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and any other items or services required to deliver non-personal services in the form of sports officials (referees and umpires) for all Intramural/Extramural/Varsity events hosted by the Sports Office at Minot AFB. Specific tasks include:
1. Providing qualified personnel who meet the requirements set by national sports associations for basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball, and softball/baseball.
2. Administering and managing intramural events professionally according to governing rules and local by-laws/sports rules.
3. Designating a point of contact accessible from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily for decision-making purposes.
4. Submitting a roster of referees with their certifications prior to the start of each season and updating this list as necessary.
5. Ensuring all contracted personnel maintain high standards of conduct and appearance while possessing a thorough understanding of the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
Services are required to commence on 1 August 2025, with an initial term followed by an optional four-year extension.
