Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, is issuing this solicitation for the repair of piers 237, 341, and 516 located at Yokohama North Dock in Yokohama, Japan.

The mission of the Corps is to provide vital engineering services to the Army and the Nation. This contract aims to address deficiencies identified in the pier inspection reports from 2018 and 2022, ensuring the structural integrity and operational capability of these piers.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Crack and spalling repair on the piers.
- Coating application to protect the structural elements from corrosion and wear.
- Replacement of bollards that are essential for mooring vessels.
