THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY- A solicitation is NOT available at this time. The Government will not award a contract on the basis of this RFI.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking small business concern sources capable of providing the SEC with Google Analytics Software and Support. The SEC anticipates an award of a single of a single contract with option periods for five (5) years, optional quantities of licensees/nodes and implantation of any new software that maybe required.

The objective of this RFI is to learn if this requirement can be solicited as a firm fixed price contract.

The Google Analytics List of Requirements attached provides the requirements of this project.

RFI responses shall be in the form of a Capability Statement that addresses:

1. Vendor's input on meeting the requirements list.

2. Vendor's current contacts with government agencies and GWAC's.

3. The availability to fulfill the requirements identified in the Requirement List utilizing your GWAC contract. Briefly address how your solution addresses each of the requirements stated in this RFI to include negotiate/management of the subscription for the SEC. Describe any customization that would be required to fulfill required functionality.

4. Company's profile and capability in providing the supplies/services, if any. This should include any partnering arrangements contemplated.

5. Business type (i.e., small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business).

6. Past Performance History /Experience in providing this area of expertise to the Government, and other relevant information that would enhance the Government's understanding of the information submitted. Specific examples that are relevant should include experience with implementation with other government agencies.

7. Budgetary estimates to include pricing model for all services and subscription licensing to implement the solution.

Background
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking small business sources capable of providing Google Analytics Software and Support. The goal of this contract is to ensure the SEC can effectively utilize Google Analytics for its websites, with an anticipated award of a single contract that includes option periods for five years.

This RFI aims to assess whether the requirement can be solicited as a firm fixed price contract.

Work Details
The SEC requires the following products and services under this contract:
1. **Annual License Enablement**: Basic license fee for using Google Analytics on SEC websites, including support ticket creation in an online portal and biweekly check-in meetings for assistance with Google Analytics 4 configuration.
2. **Data Collection Fee**: Estimated for 150-200 million events per month, with variability in actual monthly billing based on event counts.
3. **Development Hours**: At least 100 hours for ad hoc reporting needs, including assistance with Google Tag Manager tags and GA4 properties. Developers must be U.S. citizens able to access SEC intranet sites.
4. **Training for SEC Staff**: Up to three one-hour training sessions on running common reports in GA4 and creating explorations, focusing on traffic reports rather than tag creation.

Period of Performance
The current contract ends on March 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the SEC's locations, specifically requiring access to internal networks for certain tasks.
