The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of up to twenty-five (25) Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Multi-use Expeditionary Response Crafts (MERCs).

The MERC will support the Navy EOD forces, including Mobile Diving and Salvage Units (MDSU), to conduct underwater operations in various environments. The goal of this contract is to provide boats that meet specific operational requirements for diving and demolition services in marine environments, with capabilities to operate at depths of up to 330 feet of seawater.

Work Details
The contract includes the construction of 15 EOD MERC boats with options for an additional 10 boats. Each boat must be built according to specifications outlined in Section C and Attachment J-1. Key deliverables include:
- CLIN 0001: EOD MERC Open Center Console (OCC) boat - Quantity: 15 Each
- CLIN 0002: Option for additional EOD MERC OCC boats - Quantity: Up to 10 Each
- CLIN 0005: Flotation Test - Quantity: 1 Each
- CLIN 0007: Pre-Delivery Inspection and Trials (PDIT) - Quantity: 1 Each
- CLIN 0011: Crew Familiarization and Training - Quantity: 2 Each

Each boat must include engines, delivery, ancillary equipment, initial spares, and a Technical Data Package (TDP). All items must be delivered FOB Destination.
