FY-22 USACE LRD Regional Construction Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)   2

AMENDMENT 0005 Phase 2

A) Sample Project Scope of Work is hereby amended to remove the reference for the Rough Order of Magnitude requirement.

B) Section 00 21 00 is hereby amended as follows:
a. Paragraph 3.2.2 is hereby amended to clarify table numbering;
b. Note under Paragraph 5.1.4 is hereby amended;
c. Paragraph 7.2 is hereby amended

C) Section 00 45 00 is hereby amended as follows:
a. Clause 252.225-7974(DEV) is hereby deleted in its entirety
b. Clause 252.225-7055 is hereby added

D) Section 00 70 00 is hereby amended as follows:
a. Clause 252.225-7056 is hereby added

E) The Price Breakout Schedule and Binding Rates Schedule are hereby included but have not been amended.

F) Proposals remain due on 25 August 2022 at 1:00 PM Central Time;

G) Offerors must acknowledge ALL Amendments;

H) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0004 Phase 2

A. Extend the due date for submission of Phase 2 Proposals

B. Section 00 21 00 has been amended

Amendment 0003 Phase 2

A. Attach revised Sample Project Scope of Work.
B. Adjust technical inquiries and questions dates relating to proposal procedures.
C. Provide Sample Project drawing titled DRAFT_existing cross section & topo plan.

Amendment 0002 is for Phase 2

A) The offerors that will be considered in Phase II have already been notified via email. Proposals will
only be accepted by offerors selected to participate in Phase II.
B) The Price Breakout Schedule is attached.
C) Section 00 21 00 is hereby incorporated.
D) ProjNet has been re-opened with the following bidder inquiry key: BGGMSU-2CHTND
E) A new SF1442 must be submitted with the Phase II proposals.
F) Phase II proposals are due no later than 1:00 PM Central Time on 18 August 2022. Failure to respond by the
required date and time will be considered a late submission and will not be considered.
G) Offerors must acknowledge ALL Amendments.
H) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
