FY 2026 March - Bread

Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is issuing this contract for the procurement of various types of bread to support its operations. The goal is to ensure that the facilities have a consistent supply of fresh bread products that meet specific dietary and quality standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following bread products:
1. **Enriched Finger Rolls (Hot Dog)**: Wheat, pan baked, sliced, fresh, seedless. Specifications: CID A-A-20053C, Type I, Class of Roll D, Style of Roll 3. Quantity: 3,000 packs of 16. Delivery must occur within 48 hours after baking.

2. **Enriched Sandwich Rolls (Hamburger)**: Whole wheat, part whole wheat, or multigrain, pan baked, sliced, fresh, seedless. Specifications: CID A-A-20053C, Type I, Class of Roll C, Style of Roll 2, 3, or 4. Quantity: 5,000 packs of 12. Delivery must occur within 48 hours after baking.

3. **Kosher Bread**: Whole wheat with 22 slices per loaf. Must be certified kosher parve with whole wheat flour as the first ingredient on the label. Quantity: 14,000 loaves. A valid kosher certification must be submitted with the quote.

All bread items will be awarded on an all-or-none basis; no multiple awards will be made. The bread must be fresh and have at least a two-week shelf stability from the date on the package. Each package must have a date marked on it.
