Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft Competitive Prototype (FARA CP)   6

The purpose of this notice is to solicit proposals for the Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft Competitive Prototype (FARA CP). The attached solicitation is provided by the Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) on behalf of the Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC) for the Future Vertical Lift Cross-Functional Team (FVL CFT).

The original solicitation requested that all proposals be submitted via AMRDEC SafeSite by 18 December 2018. The AMRDEC Safe Site is no longer available for use. Therefore, offerors' proposals and modifications to proposals shall be submitted in CD ROM with electronic media that is Microsoft Office 2010 compatible in sealed envelopes or packages addressed to the office specified in the program solicitation, and showing the time and date specified for receipt, the solicitation number, and the name and address of the offeror. Offerors using commercial carriers should ensure that the proposal is marked on the outermost wrapper with the information required in the preceding paragraph. In light of this change in submissions, the proposal receipt date is changed to December 20, 2018, by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
